NEXT STEPS:

Southern Oaks SUV has emailed you a price quote/confirmation. Please check your email and notify us if you do not see it. Don't forget to check your spam folder!
Accept the quote. Your ride is not confirmed until you click the link in the email.
If you have any changes to your itinerary, please text me at the above number.
Between 1-3 days before your ride, I will text you to reconfirm all the details.

AT THE AIRPORT

Departures: I'll get as close to the curb as we can. We will ask all riders to exit on the right side of the vehicle and proceed directly to the sidewalk. I'll bring your bags to you.
Arrivals:
- I'll track your flight, and we will know if there are any delays.
- Please turn your cell phone on as soon as you land so I can communicate with you to meet up.
- If you have checked bags, I'll meet you outside your baggage claim. Please text me to let me know you have your bags.
- If you are not checking bags, I'll meet you on the departures level, outside of your airline's ticket counter
- Either way, please board the vehicle directly, let me load your bags!

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Prepayment:

A Venmo link is at the bottom of this page (hover your mouse over the image and then click). Venmo may ask for the last 4 digits of my cell phone number, use 1362.
Credit Card—ask me for an invoice, which will be emailed to you

At the time of your ride:

Cash is preferred.
Venmo and Zelle are accepted
Credit card will not be accepted
